When 1,000 rural ministers were surveyed, their number one challenge was clear: developing and empowering lay leaders. TACLE (Town and Country Leadership Education) was created to help rural pastors cultivate strong, capable leaders within their congregations, that understand how to serve the
rural church.

How TACLE Works

TACLE works within the rhythm of regular leadership meetings that pastors are already holding. In just 30 minutes, leaders watch a brief teaching video from an experienced rural minister, then engage in guided discussion focused on applying the content to their specific ministry setting.

Spend 20 minutes talking through discussion questions focused on the lesson's impact for your rural church.

Each TACLE module consists of five sessions centered on a key area of rural ministry. The first module will launch this fall, with five more planned over the next four years. Modules are available for $10 via streaming or $20 on DVD.
