Marshall Family

Jacob and Samantha, along with their four children—Barney, Peter, Rosie, and Hannah—live and minister in the hills and hollers of Appalachia in Barboursville, West Virginia, where they represent RHMA. Jacob’s ministry focuses on encouraging rural pastors, strengthening neighborhood churches, developing future ministry leaders, and promoting evangelism.

Jacob and Sam love serving together as a family and are grateful for the opportunity to minister in a place they are proud to call home. In addition to his work with RHMA, Jacob serves as Executive Director of the Appalachian Ministry Institute at Tri-State Bible College and as a lay pastor at Antioch Baptist Church in Ona, West Virginia.
