Cara and Adam Kipp have served in many ways over their almost 20-year connection with RHMA. Currently, Cara is the Director of Communications while Adam serves as the Executive Director.
Adam and Cara have a heart to care for churches in small-town and rural areas and seeing new ones be planted and flourish! Their biggest joy has been raising their three kids - two teenagers and a tween - and watching them flourish as well.
