RHMA’s Small-Town Pastors’ Conferences are designed to encourage, equip, and connect those serving in rural and small-town churches. Through biblical teaching, practical seminars, and meaningful fellowship, pastors, their wives, and ministry leaders are encouraged in the unique joys and challenges of small-town ministry, equipped with resources tailored to the rural church context, and given opportunities to build relationships with others who understand the blessings and challenges of serving in smaller places.
